I am trying to set up social bookmarks on a custom website, including posts to Twitter. Which script is best?

As a big note I am not trying to install this on a CMS – the website in question is entirely hand-scripted.
I’ve been trying to figure out the correct methods all day, it can get frustrating over time.

If you’ve already hand scripted the rest of the site, then is there a reason why you’re not hand scripting this task. It’s rather simple.
